Hadalyx Product License

Effective July 11, 2026

License grant

A completed purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Hadalyx installer, configuration files, documentation, and updates on up to two devices controlled by that purchaser, for personal or internal business use.

Restrictions

The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, mirror, rent, or distribute Hadalyx installers, private download links, configuration packages, documentation, or activation credentials. Reasonable archival backup copies are allowed.

Third-party components

Ollama, Electron, ComfyUI, FLUX, Wan, and other named third-party components are licensed by their respective owners. This Hadalyx license does not replace, restrict, or expand those third-party licenses. Corresponding notices accompany the download.

Refunds and termination

Sales are final after the download email is sent. Material breach, fraud, or confirmed redistribution may result in revocation of download and support access, subject to applicable law.

Offline use

Activated or downloaded materials are intended to continue operating locally without constant license checks. Internet access may be required for initial downloads, updates, recovery, and third-party runtime/model retrieval.
