Terms of Sale and Use

Effective July 11, 2026

These terms apply to purchases and use of Hadalyx installers, configuration files, documentation, update access, and support. Purchasing indicates acceptance of these terms and the posted delivery, refund, and license policies.

Digital product

Hadalyx sells configuration, installation, and support materials for compatible local-AI software. Third-party runtimes and models remain governed by their publishers’ licenses. Hadalyx does not sell ownership of third-party model weights.

Compatibility and release status

Hadalyx 1.0 is a production Windows/NVIDIA release validated on the specific configurations disclosed on the Hardware page. Performance varies by GPU, VRAM, RAM, drivers, storage, operating system, model, and settings. AMD Radeon and Intel GPU acceleration are not included in the Windows/NVIDIA 1.0 certification.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must review hardware requirements, maintain backups, follow applicable model and software licenses, and use generated output lawfully. Hadalyx is not responsible for unlawful use, third-party model behavior, or changes made outside supported configurations.

Availability and updates

Hadalyx may replace download links, update installers, remove unsafe or improperly licensed components, and change supported third-party versions. Perpetual use applies to downloaded Hadalyx materials subject to these terms; it does not guarantee permanent availability of third-party downloads or indefinite compatibility with future operating systems.

Warranty limitation

Hadalyx is a digital product. After the private download email is sent, the sale is final because the files cannot be returned. Bitcoin payments are not reversible. Software is otherwise provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, except for rights that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Hadalyx product to the extent permitted by applicable law.
