Delivery and refund policy

Digital product

Hadalyx sells a digital installer and access to first-run model downloads. Once the private download link is emailed, the files cannot be returned. For that reason, sales are final after the download email is sent.

Bitcoin

Live checkout is on-chain Bitcoin. Confirmed Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed like a card charge. Hadalyx never asks for a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Delivery

After payment is included in a mined Bitcoin block, Hadalyx emails a private download link to the checkout address. The link expires after seven days. If the email does not arrive, check spam and contact support with the checkout email. A replacement link may be issued after the order is verified. Resending a download is not a refund.

Support instead of refunds

Installation help is available for qualifying Windows 11 + NVIDIA systems: extract the ZIP, run the installer, and use Set Up Hadalyx. Performance depends on your GPU, VRAM, RAM, storage, and internet for the first model download. Buying for AMD, Intel GPU, Mac, or Linux is not supported and is not grounds for a refund.

Before you pay

Review the hardware page and the edition you are buying. Creator is images only. Video is video only. Ultimate is chat + images + video. If you are not sure, use Need help buying or ask Sonar before you send Bitcoin.
