Privacy Notice

Effective July 17, 2026

Hadalyx collects only the information needed to operate its website, process purchases, deliver downloads, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Information processed

• Contact and order information, including the email address and billing country, region, and postal code used at checkout.
• Hosted-provider transaction identifiers, purchased edition, USD subtotal, tax, total, payment status, refunds, and disputes. Hadalyx does not receive or store full card numbers or Bitcoin private keys.
• Download events, IP addresses, security logs, and support messages needed for delivery, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware details customers voluntarily provide for compatibility or support.

Providers

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for transactions it processes. For direct Bitcoin transactions, BTCPay Server creates and monitors the invoice while Hadalyx calculates configured tax and retains the associated order record. Cloudflare provides DNS, security, and encrypted routing; Google/Gmail supports customer email. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Desktop application

Hadalyx Deploy runs supported workloads locally. The desktop app does not receive card information. Runtime and model downloads connect to their named third-party providers. Diagnostic reports remain local unless the user chooses to share them.

Retention and choices

Order records are retained for tax, accounting, fraud, refund, and support obligations. Operational logs are minimized and periodically pruned. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact support@hadalyx.com. Some transaction records must be retained by law.

Security

Hadalyx uses hosted payment collection, signed expiring download links, access controls, and encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.
